30 Minutes Delivery in Dubai

Order before 4 PM, Monday to Friday, and your order is packed right away and delivered to your door in Dubai. The 30 minutes are counted from the moment the courier picks up your order from our Al Quoz warehouse.

How it works

1. Add your items and enter a Dubai delivery address.
2. At checkout, choose 30 Minutes Delivery, Mon–Fri 8 AM–4 PM Dubai (AED 25).
3. Pay online. Cash on delivery is not available for this option.
4. We pack your order and hand it to the courier. You receive an SMS with a live tracking link, so you can follow your delivery on the map.

Good to know

• Where: Dubai addresses within about 20 km of our Al Quoz warehouse (see the map above).
• When: Monday to Friday, orders placed between 8 AM and 4 PM Dubai time. Outside these hours the option does not appear at checkout.
• Fee: AED 25 per order. Standard delivery in the UAE stays free.
• 30 minutes is a target, not a guarantee. It is measured from courier pickup to delivery. Traffic, weather, Friday prayer time and courier availability can affect it.
• One delivery attempt. Please be available at the address and keep your phone on. If delivery is unsuccessful because you are not available at the address, the order returns to our warehouse and the AED 25 delivery fee is non-refundable.
• Package size: each package can be up to 39 × 39 × 39 cm. A larger order may be split between several couriers.
• Returns: the same as all our orders, see our Returns policy.
