Shipping and Delivery

We ship with Aramex, to the UAE and to all GCC countries. Our products are kept ready for dispatch at our warehouse in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai Mainland.

Order Processing (UAE)

Every order has a processing time before dispatch.

• Dubai, same day: place your order before 12:00 PM (noon) UAE time. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered within 1 business day.
• Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: 2 business days.
• 30-Minute Delivery in Dubai: available Monday to Friday for orders placed between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, for a fee of AED 25. See the service details.

Deliveries are not made on public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Fees

• United Arab Emirates: free standard shipping.
• GCC countries: shipping fee AED 89.
• Free shipping on orders over SAR 999 (Saudi Arabia), QAR 1,000 (Qatar) or AED 999 (Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman).

GCC Delivery Times

• Saudi Arabia: shipped the same day, delivered in 5-7 business days.
• Kuwait: shipped the same day, delivered in 4-5 business days.
• Qatar: shipped the same day, delivered in 6-7 business days.
• Bahrain: shipped the same day, delivered in 7-9 business days.
• Oman: shipped the same day, delivered in 7-9 business days.

Cancellations and Returns

United Arab Emirates

• You can cancel your order free of charge while its status is "in process". Once it is marked "shipped", it can no longer be cancelled.
• After delivery, you have 7 days to return your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original box and packaging.
• Once the items reach our warehouse, are checked and are back in stock, your refund is issued.
• A pickup or restocking fee may apply.

Outside the UAE

Because of customs regulations and clearance restrictions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered outside the UAE. Orders can only be cancelled while they are "in process".
